The Fino can be self-assembled. It arrives as a kit with all the fixings and instructions, and it is the simplest veranda in the range to put up. If you would rather not do it yourself, our approved network can fit it for you.

Either way you need a solid, level base such as concrete or block paving, plus clear access for the materials. If you add integrated lighting, have a power supply nearby. Whether you build it yourself or we fit it, set aside about under a day to a day depending on size and access.

Wipe the powder-coated aluminium frame and beam covers with warm soapy water two or three times a year to keep the slim profile looking crisp. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth.

Clean the roof to suit its material, glass with glass cleaner, polycarbonate with mild soapy water and no abrasives. Keep harsh cleaners off the coated frame.

Clear the gutter and drainage each season so water runs away cleanly. Free-flowing drainage is the simplest way to protect the finish and avoid staining down the posts.

The aluminium frame is covered for 5 years against paint defects such as peeling, blistering or premature deterioration under normal use. Any integrated lighting is covered for 2 years.

In coastal, high-moisture or chemical environments the paint cover reduces to 2 years. The warranty applies to normal residential use and excludes misuse, lack of maintenance, storm or snow damage beyond specification, and unauthorised modification.

The Fino is made to order. Stocked sizes are dispatched in around 7 days, while made-to-order configurations take roughly 14 to 16 days to build.

Once it is ready, we deliver it to you to assemble, or our approved network arranges a fitting date to suit you. Have the base laid and access clear beforehand, plus a power supply nearby if you have added integrated lighting.
