We have made every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours, finishes and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.
Many of our products, including verandas, pergolas, glass doors and aluminium structures, are made to order or configured to customer specifications.
All product descriptions, specifications and prices are subject to change without notice.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Grounded Fox Ltd trading as Roma Verandas reserves the right to accept or decline any order.
Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and receive payment or deposit where applicable.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as cancellation may not be possible once an order has been accepted or production has begun.
All purchases are subject to our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time of order confirmation.
Prices are typically shown inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery, installation or specialist handling charges may be charged separately where applicable.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and account information for all purchases.
Section 5 - Deposits and Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are made to customer specifications or made-to-measure, including verandas, pergolas, glass systems and custom configurations.
For these products, a deposit may be required at the time of order to secure materials and a production slot.
Because made-to-order products are manufactured to your specification, the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once production has commenced.
If a made-to-order order is cancelled:
- Before production begins, we may retain part of the deposit to cover costs incurred.
- After production begins, the deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining balance must be paid prior to dispatch, delivery or installation.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights if goods are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.
Section 6 - Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by manufacturers, couriers or circumstances outside our control.
Delivery is typically kerbside unless otherwise agreed.
Section 7 - Installation
Where installation services are arranged, customers must ensure suitable access and appropriate foundations or base structures are prepared before installation.
We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by unsuitable access, incorrect base preparation or site conditions.
Section 8 - Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics and website content are owned by Grounded Fox Ltd trading as Roma Verandas or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without written permission.
