Our Warranty Explained
We stand behind the quality of our veranda systems and components. Below you will find full details of the warranties provided across different parts of your veranda installation.
Paint Warranty – Aluminium Standard Parts
Aluminium structural components are covered by a 5 year warranty on the paint finish. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the coating such as peeling, blistering or premature deterioration under normal environmental conditions.
Motor Warranty
All motors supplied with veranda systems are covered by a 5 year warranty against mechanical or electrical failure under normal residential use.
Motor Parts Warranty
Individual motor components and internal motor parts are covered by a 2 year warranty.
Electronic Remote Controllers and Receivers Warranty
Remote controls and signal receivers are covered by a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects and electronic faults.
Electronic Cards, Circuits and Control Boards Warranty
Electronic control cards, printed circuits and internal control boards are covered by a 2 year warranty.
LED Lights Warranty
Integrated LED lighting components supplied with veranda systems are covered by a 2 year warranty.
Plastic Parts Warranty
Plastic components are covered by a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Paint Warranty – Steel Components and Special Parts
Steel components and special parts are covered by a 1 year warranty on the paint finish.
Installation Workmanship Warranty
Where installation has been carried out by an authorised installer, workmanship is covered by a 1 year installation warranty.
Coastal and High Moisture Environments
For installations located in coastal areas, high moisture environments, areas exposed to salt spray, chemical environments, ports, coastlines, or near swimming pools, the paint warranty is limited to 2 years due to accelerated environmental wear and corrosion risk.
Warranty Conditions
The warranty applies under normal residential use and does not cover:
- Damage caused by incorrect use or misuse
- Lack of maintenance or cleaning
- Extreme weather damage, including storms, high winds, or snow loads beyond specification
- Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorised persons
- General wear and tear
- Damage caused by building movement or ground movement
- Electrical damage caused by power surges or incorrect electrical connection
Regular cleaning and basic maintenance are required to help protect the finish and ensure the longevity of moving and electrical parts.
Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe there is a fault covered under warranty, please contact us with your order number, photos of the issue, a description of the problem, and the installation date. Our team will review the issue and arrange repair, replacement, or further inspection where necessary.
