Warranty Conditions
The warranty applies under normal residential use and does not cover:
- Damage caused by incorrect use or misuse
- Faults caused by a failure to clean and maintain the structure, where that failure caused or contributed to the fault
- Snow loading or wind loading in excess of the rated performance for your product. The rated figures for each structure are published in the technical drawings, snow load calculations and Declarations of Performance on our Assembly Assets page, and are supplied with your order
- Storm damage, flooding, lightning, impact damage, falling branches, acts of God and deliberate damage
- Faults or damage caused by assembly that does not follow our supplied instructions, or by an unsuitable base, foundation or fixing substrate
- Damage caused by handling, storage or transport after the goods have been delivered
- Modifications, repairs or additions carried out without our prior written agreement
- General wear and tear, and gradual fading or weathering that does not amount to a defect in the finish
- Damage caused by building movement or ground movement
- Electrical damage caused by power surges or incorrect electrical connection
- Glass breakage, accidental damage, edge damage, scratches, or damage caused during handling or assembly
- Thermal stress fracture caused by applied films, coatings, stickers, partial shading, or heat sources placed close to the glass. Spontaneous breakage caused by a manufacturing defect, including nickel sulphide inclusions, remains covered for 5 years
- Any cost beyond the supply of the replacement part itself
Electrical Connection
Final electrical connection must be completed by a qualified electrician registered under Part P of the Building Regulations. We will ask for a copy of the electrical installation certificate before considering any claim relating to motors, LED lighting or control equipment. Issues arising from the electrician's own work are covered by the warranty they provide, not by ours.
Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe there is a fault covered under warranty, contact us with your order number, the delivery date, photographs of the issue and a description of the problem. We aim to acknowledge every claim within 5 working days and will then review the issue and, where the claim is accepted, supply the replacement part free of charge.
Claims are assessed remotely from the information and photographs you provide. Where we cannot reach a conclusion from those, we may ask for further images, measurements or a short video before the claim is settled.

Care & Maintenance
Cover under this warranty depends on reasonable upkeep. As a minimum we ask that you clean the frame, roof, gutters and drainage channels at least twice a year, and quarterly in coastal, high-moisture, polluted or poolside locations.
Use clean water, a soft cloth or sponge and a mild, non-abrasive detergent. Remove leaves, dirt, salt and other deposits before they build up. Keep moving parts and drainage outlets clear, and periodically check seals, fixings and electrical components.
Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners and close-range pressure washing. Keeping a simple record of when you clean the structure will make any future claim straightforward.
Coastal & High Moisture Environments
For the purposes of this warranty, a coastal or high-moisture environment means any address located within 5km of tidal salt water, or within 1km of a swimming pool, port, chemical facility or similar source of airborne salt or chemical deposit.
In these locations the paint warranty is limited to 2 years due to accelerated environmental wear and corrosion risk. The one exception is ALUXE Premium Plus coating, which uses a Seaside pre-treatment rated for coastal use and keeps its full 15 year cover. All other warranty periods on this page are unaffected. If your order falls into this category we will confirm it in writing at the point of order, and advise where a coastal-rated coating is the better choice.
Weather Protection & Water Ingress
Our verandas and glass rooms are designed to provide shelter, not to be a sealed, watertight room. During wind-driven or extreme rain, minor water ingress may occur, particularly around door tracks, wall connections or drainage points. This is a characteristic of the product rather than a defect, and is not covered by this warranty.
If complete weather sealing is essential for your intended use, please raise this with us before ordering so we can advise on the options available.

Where it applies
This guarantee applies to structures supplied to delivery addresses in mainland Great Britain, and to the structure at the address it was originally delivered to. Cover for orders delivered outside this area is available by prior written agreement only.
When cover starts
All periods run from the date of delivery. Repaired or replaced parts are covered for the remainder of the original period, not a new one.
Transferring the guarantee
This guarantee may be transferred once to a new owner of the property to which the structure was delivered, provided we are notified in writing within 30 days of completion of the sale and the structure has not been altered, extended or relocated.
This guarantee is given in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not affect those rights. Nothing on this page limits your right to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund where goods are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described. Your statutory rights may last longer than the guarantee periods shown above. For free, impartial advice, contact Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133 or visit citizensadvice.org.uk.
