What we compare
When reviewing a price match request, we consider:
- The competitor’s advertised price including VAT.
- Any delivery charges.
- Any compulsory fees required to complete the purchase.
- That the product specification, size and colour are identical.
- That the competitor is a UK-based retailer.
How to request a price match
If you have found a lower price, please send us:
- A link to the competitor’s product page.
- The product you would like to purchase from us.
- The size and any options you are comparing.

Price match requests must be made before purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Our team typically reviews price match requests within one working day.
