Made to Order — Built for Your Space
Many of the veranda systems and outdoor structures we supply are made to order or prepared specifically for your project. This ensures correct sizing, finishes and compatibility with your chosen options. Because of this, lead times can vary depending on the product, specification and time of year. Please refer to individual product pages for estimated lead times, and if you are working toward a specific deadline, feel free to contact us before ordering so we can provide realistic guidance.
We'll Keep You Updated
Once your order is placed, we will keep you informed at key stages, including order confirmation, preparation, dispatch and delivery scheduling where applicable. If anything changes that affects your timeline, we will let you know as soon as possible so you are never left wondering what is happening with your order.
Delivery Across the UK
We deliver across mainland UK using specialist delivery partners experienced in handling large aluminium structures, glass panels and outdoor building components. Delivery is typically made to kerbside or the nearest safe access point. If any delivery surcharge applies based on location or order size, we will always inform you before dispatch.
Remote UK Mainland Locations
We regularly deliver to rural and countryside locations across the UK. In some cases, deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer or incur an additional delivery charge depending on distance and access conditions. If you are unsure whether your location may be affected, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to check.
Non-Mainland and Offshore UK Areas
Delivery can also be arranged to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Scottish offshore islands. Large and Specialist Deliveries
Verandas, glass sliding doors, pergolas and large aluminium structures are typically delivered on pallets or by specialist delivery services. Delivery is normally to kerbside, so it is important to ensure there is suitable access at your property. If access is narrow, steep or restricted, please let us know in advance so we can help plan delivery appropriately.
Installation Services
Installation services may be available depending on your location and the product ordered. Installation is quoted separately from delivery and should ideally be arranged before your delivery date. Please contact us if you would like assistance organising installation.
Checking Your Delivery
When your order arrives, please inspect the goods before the delivery driver leaves where possible. If there is any visible damage, please note it with the driver and contact us within 24 hours, including photos if possible. This helps us resolve any issues quickly with the delivery company.
