Yes. Our product warranty remains valid when using a third-party installer, provided the product is installed in accordance with the supplied instructions. The warranty covers the product itself and does not cover installation-related issues, workmanship, incorrect assembly or any services provided by the installer.
Yes, provided the paving slabs are level, stable and suitable for securely fixing the posts. If you're unsure, we recommend checking the surface before installation.
