Cascina can typically be assembled in just 3–4 days, from £2,095 with free delivery included.

The veranda for gardens that are not rectangles

The Cascina is the most configurable structure in the range and the one most likely to work wherever it is asked to go. Systems interlink to extend the width beyond what a single structure could span, while the choice of post styles, gutter profiles and roof options lets it suit almost any home.

Nothing about it is fixed. Wall-mounted against the house or standing entirely free, in depths to 6m, with bays added to extend the width as far as the terrace allows.

Choose how much sun you let in. Clear glass keeps things bright through grey British winters, while solar-control glazing takes the sting out of July afternoons. Both keep the rain off, so the patio stays usable all year.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Cascina is built from sections that interlink, so it can run in a straight line, turn a corner or extend along the house. Rather than a fixed size, you build the layout to suit the terrace you actually have.

The Cascina offers a choice of roof profiles and post designs, agreed at survey. This lets the same modular system suit very different homes, from traditional to contemporary, so the veranda looks designed for the property.

Yes. Because sections interlink, further modules can be added to an existing run when your needs change. Planning the base and drainage with future sections in mind at the start makes any later extension much simpler.

Each section drains into the integrated gutter system and away through the posts, with the run planned so water always has somewhere to go. On a larger configuration this is set out at survey to keep every part draining cleanly.

It is one of the best choices for it. The modular design turns corners and follows irregular terraces where a single fixed veranda would not work, so difficult layouts become straightforward to cover.
